The Real McCain

There’s no question John McCain is getting a free ride from the mainstream press. But with the power of YouTube and the blogosphere, we can provide an accurate portrayal of the so-called Maverick. We can put the brakes on his free ride!

Since we first released The Real McCain a year ago, our REAL McCain series has garnered close to 2 million views, with over 13,000 comments and tens of thousands more in petition signatures! Clearly, John McCain’s record is something the public wants to discuss, and yet the corporate media is doing NOTHING to present the truth. We feel obliged to continue countering the mainstream media’s love of McCain. And so we thought it was high time for a sequel: The Real McCain 2. [Courtesy You Tube]

Hopefully the people will have a better memory than John McCain come November and vote accordingly.

Such is the doctrine of Senator McCain and Governor Palin.  they are both way too slick for our own good. If you watch them long enough it is downright scary.  Maybe that is why ABC is chopping the interview with Sarah Palin into small soundbites and spreading it over three days, because if you sat down and listened to that interview in one sitting you would either be so scared or so angry that you might not vote for them, even if you lived in Michigan or Alaska or Arizona.

Whatever happened to telling the people what you are going to do, in real terms not just yada yada yada.  Nobody in the McCain camp wants to do that, they just sit up nights trying to find another way to slag of the opposition. This is so damn predictable and pathetic.  And the true scary part is that McCain’s odds of lasting for his term are not that good, then we would have President Palin leading the world to “The Rapture” by declaring World War III.  And I always thought Dubyah was going to do that.

Anyhow, check out this video which debunks some of the lies that McCain’s advertisements are spreading.

Thanks to Robert Greenwald.

And who knows, maybe if McCain and Palin get in then Dubyah’s dreams of mounting Rushmore will come to fruition.

How can a group of people persist in telling so many obvious lies, and being caught out all the time?
How can they face the public?
How can they face their family and friends?
How can they face themselves?
And since they claim to be so religious how will they face their Lord?
But more to the point, why do we the American voters put up with them?
Can anyone in the Democratic house spell impeachment?

Keith Olbermann on good form as usual. Why isn’t the rest of the country listening to him? Why is the rest of the media ignoring Bush’s lies? The only attack we are going to see on 911 is Bush attacking the truth again.

I stole the headline from Lew Rockwell, because he says it so well. I think the Aussies have the right view of Bush. Could this be because he doesn’t know his APEC from his OPEC, and he wasn’t even sure which country he was in confusing Austria with Australia.
