I’m thinking they didn’t teach history too much at the University of Oklahoma or the University of Houston.
Or he partied away his time there.
Partying gives one a loud voice, you have to be heard over the noise.
Is it possible he has never seen the “Peace in our time” speech as Chamberlain stepped of the plane?
I would have thought that everyone in the civilised world has seen that at one time in their lives.
I also wonder if Bush has a clue about what he said, and if he could have answered the same question.
