Bearly Rambling II has arisen from the ashes that may be Blogger.  On August 1, 2008 they blocked at least 300,000 bloggers and branded them as Spam Bloggers.  Thankfully WordPress has a great import tool to allow you to resurrect your blog when it looks like it is going down the tubes.
